How do I get my referral link?

Once you register on the platform, your unique referral link is generated automatically. You can find and copy it from your dashboard.

Who counts as a valid referral?

A referral is valid only if the person you invite signs up using your link and completes their full registration.

Can I track my referral progress?

Yes! You’ll be able to see how many successful referrals you’ve made and which rewards you’ve unlocked via your profile page.

When will I receive my rewards?

• CV Review: Scheduled within 2 weeks after qualifying

• Mentorship Session: Scheduled within 2 weeks after qualifying

• €20 Skroutz Gift Card: Delivered digitally within 14 days after eligibility confirmation

Can I unlock more than one reward?

Yes. Referrals are cumulative. You unlock rewards as you reach higher referral milestones, based on the highest tier achieved.

What happens if someone misuses the program?

Spammy, fake, or dishonest behavior will result in disqualification from the program and all associated rewards.

What if my referral doesn’t show up?

Only referrals completed through your unique link and fully registered are counted. Ithaca is not responsible for referrals lost due to incorrect links, browser settings, or third-party limitations.
