Rules and conditions
1. Eligibility
The referral program is open to individuals who register on the Ithaca platform, are at least 18 years old, and have the legal right to work in their country of residence.
2. Referral Method
Each participant receives a unique personal referral link upon joining the waitlist.
A referral is considered valid only when an invited user completes full registration through the participant’s referral link.
Duplicate, incomplete, automated, or fraudulent sign-ups will be disqualified.
3. Referral Rewards
Rewards are unlocked based on the total number of valid referrals completed during the prelaunch campaign:

One Mentorship Session4 valid referrals
€20 Skroutz Gift Card
Each reward tier is unlocked once per participant, based on the highest tier reached.
4. Reward Fulfillment
CV reviews and mentorship sessions will be scheduled within two weeks after qualification.
Skroutz gift cards will be delivered digitally within 14 days of eligibility confirmation.
Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Referral Tracking
Referral progress is tracked automatically via the participant’s unique referral link.
Ithaca is not responsible for referrals that are not properly tracked due to user error, browser settings, or third-party platform limitations.
6. Cumulative Referrals
Referrals accumulate throughout the prelaunch campaign.
Once a participant reaches a higher tier, they remain eligible for the highest unlocked reward.
7. Limitations
Each participant may receive each reward tier only once.
Self-referrals are strictly prohibited.
8. Fair Use & Misconduct
Any attempt to manipulate, spam, misrepresent, or abuse the referral system will result in disqualification.
Ithaca reserves the right to review, audit, and revoke referrals or rewards in cases of suspected abuse.
9. Program Duration
The referral program runs until Ithaca’s official public launch.
Ithaca reserves the right to modify, pause, or terminate the program at any time, with notice provided where appropriate.
